She said "YES!"
The surprise was that Paul tells Zhyriel that they'll attend a party with his colleagues at 3PM. Their friends who set up the location had a challenge and couldn't complete the set up until 7PM.
Zhyriel thought there's something that Paul isn't telling her. By 7PM, they went into a hotel, Zhy opened the door. There hang gold and silver balloons with hearts and their photos as well as on the floor laid rose petals and of other flowers made into a phrase stating:
"Will you marry"
And so Paul spilled out the words he had been keeping in his heart. And ended with the same phrase written on the floor:
"Love, will you marry me?"
Zhyriel couldn't help but exclaimed "oo, yes!"
