Yes, the guitar player was annoying. He knew it and didn't return. Dude didn't prepare and tried to hide in the back.
Little did he know, there was a dragon in the back. There is not hidding on stage. Look at other performances. Look for people who are unprepared and trying to hide.
It can't interfere with other players.
