Hi @cantribute . Glad you like Steem Sea :) There is currently a bug and it is not displaying promoted posts users have added. This is our first priority. Updating this Bug log with this issue.

It's a bug on displaying and we looking into it. This does not effect it showing up in the network but it does in showing you how many used up. It is our first major priority to resolve @ervin-lemark
