Microblogging site Twitter has created a new threat to security For this reason, Twitter has suggested that users change their password. This populer social network platforms suggested to change the password after getting an eror in Twitter's own network.
Twitter has 33 million users. However, Twitter authorities said they did not find any proof of theft or misuse of any information in the internal investigation.
Although the password has not been stolen, it has suggested Twitter users to change their passwords as an edditional alert. Twitter has not shown the exact number of passwords at risk due to security errors.
On Twitter, chief executive officer Jack Dorsay said in a tweet,
When a user passes a password to login, it is changed to another number or character to hide it from Twitter's employees, which is called hashing.
