SteemReports - Steem Financial Accounts Tool (a few improvements)

I have updated the tool with a few fixes.

I realised that I wasn't including 'Benefactor Rewards', which are becoming more important with @utopian-io for example, now offering a reasonable return on investment for delegated SP (it looks like about 6%, unless I'm mistaken). The majority of the delegation goes to fund open source software development, which I very much support. Anyway, these transactions have now been added.

Also, I was slightly miscalculating 'Transfers from Savings' due to confusion between a couple of related operations on the blockchain, but have fixed that now.

In case I didn't make it clear in the video demo or anywhere else, the 'Messages' are simply transfers where the amount sent was 1 SBD or 1 STEEM or less. 'Transfers' include only when larger amounts are sent/received.
