The user will upload pertinent credentials for which an institution can verify the user’s qualification for approval. If the process of verification goes through successfully, the record is will then be stored in the blockchain permanently.
Secondly, a prospective employer can also verify the user’s skills through working experience and make can approval.
An online certificate received by the user can be approved by the course providing authority and once this is done the record is stored in the blockchain and is permanent. I each of the above stated means of verification, there would be no need to re-verify this information in the future.

SPRING TOKEN

The spring token will be used to fuel the Spring network. SpringRole will be powered by the SPRING token which is an ERC-20 compliant token. All activities on the platform will have connections with the to the token and the token can be used within the platform to perform various actions. The token can be used for the following activities;

To Attest users skills on the platform.
To obtain access to attested or validated resumes of users by prospective employers or recruiters.
