Take the code from the tutorial from here and change it to be able to do the following
%. Instead give each author a weight. Now when an upvoting cycle starts divide n amount of voting percentage over all the authors based on their weight. For example upvoting 1000% for 10 authors each with a similar weight of 1 would upvote each author for 100%.That's it! Good luck to everyone participating!
