Happy Hump Day, it’s Wednesday yet again.
I would like to apologize to the readers of the Finance Wednesday if the article today is a bit short.
I am still recovering from a nasty flu virus. Not quite 100% but feeling a lot better now.
Before I will make a post about this and put it on the steempress community I would like to get the members of SteemPh informed first just in case they want to get in or try it out.
I have been putting it out on discord about a free web hosting that is freely available for steemph members.

If you want to learn how to create your own website, this is your opportunity. You have plenty of choices to choose from because it is not limited and you have full control.
You can create your own blog website using wordpress or other apps
You can create your own online store again whether using the wordpress + woocommerce combo or other apps
You can create your own social media group like facebook
And many more you can do.
If you want a premium domain like “MyHotSteemitBlog.com”, you might be able to pay it off by instalment paying with your steemit income, say 1SBD per week (with terms and conditions).

Then when I went to steempress’ discord some questions there are regarding very basics. Like do I need wordpress to run steempress? Or Do I need domain or hosting?
So here we are, I am offering this so people can learn.
Let us say you have a decent followers on steemit, bitlander, medium or etc.
If you have your own website, you can direct them there.
Owning your own website makes it look more professional, more personal and adds legitimacy of your own creations / articles / products.
You can monetize your website. This is the main reason or if not the usual reason why people having websites.
If you are popular you get a lot of traffic on your websites and that is where the money is. This is how bitlanders is able to pay you to write for them because when your article is published there is an advertisement on it.
At the moment there is nothing in it for me. I already have this web hosting plan which I use for my own websites and others so why not put it to good use.
I can only give out limited number of free hosting due to limited resources. It is coming from my own pocket.
If the demand is there and somehow it generates a bit of income from advertisements and donations, the service will grow more. This means more free webhosting will be offered.
How will this service generate income?
I am hoping that the members will use the client area every time they want to access their cPanel or for anything. I am also hoping that members will visit the website steemitblog.com for tutorials, news and other blogs. If the members will do that the traffic that they will generate will result in an income from the google advertisements that is in the websites.
I am also hoping that members will share their wealth as donations. If every member that uses the free service will donate 0.5SBD each every year, we have enough to keep us going every year.
YOU HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO USE GOOGLE SEARCH!
If you don’t know how to use google search to search answers to some of your queries then maybe you are not up to speed with the technology.
Make google search your genius best friend. Every time you have a question ask your best friend google search first.
Don’t be one of those people who go to the steempress discord and ask what is steempress.
