I could buy a car for that or my curb efforts, but choose not to because it's quite a hassle with street parking. Gas in a city is also a headache to manage. Yard sales are really fun, but the time driving, in traffic and tolls offset it when I'm not near them.

The total profit from above will accumulate slowly over time, with the new baseball card boxes taking a long time unless I bundle them offer discounts. I'm not listing the painting yet, another decent chunk. The Garbage Pail Kids will sell pretty quickly as I'm gearing getting aggressive with my efforts there. I'll sell the 7 left of the front 8 rather soon. The rest of the loose cards are up to how I want to sell them. If I break them up by popularity, the profit will come right in.

Another issue with adding a sourcing stream is that I'm battling space in my apartment. I find too much on the curbs, that having another source of items will just be too much. Plus, finding items for free always appeals more to me than driving/paying.

As for the plot(s) or NFTs, I only use crypto runoff and defi earnings these days. I only use liquid funds and no fiat.
