It’s actually a small LCD watch. I took it apart to see if the watch battery was corroded and it was perfectly fine. I’m going to get a new battery to set it up for resale.

It’s a wrist launcher/car watch holder, and 3 other colored car tops that can be switched with the current one. The 3 tops are still in the package, but the watch band and main car/watch were removed. The main watch zooms when you pull it back and release. So simple, yet really fun for 1985. It honestly may have been removed by the picked that threw the stuff all over the curb because the package looked freshly torn and the items were in flawless condition. You a collector??
