I think you should kindly consider that there are people on the sidelines who would easily rank in top HP positions if/when they chose to do so. If they want sell some casual Hive into other assets that far outperform Hive, they shouldn't be made out to be pariahs that hurt others' investments, and seemingly deemed underserving of support.

A big critique in my eyes is that the same people scratch the same peoples' backs as a coping mechanism for the lack of substantial development here, and this may (definitely) turns people off. Some leave. Some stay and wait it out, observing and reshaping opinions. This type of mindset bothers me, my opinion and nothing personal.

Hive can be quite the cult with echo chamber investor bias and inner circles for those who have been here long enough to see the behavior. Just because someone sells rewards, doesn't mean they should be written off. Anyone could easily be a major stakeholder, and should be treated as such. By nature of the feelings above, it could develop some chips on their shoulders, and deter from investment. The value is the content and engagement, not what someone does with the money they fairly earned. I'd personally be glad that people are here posting and using the chain at all. They help market and attract new users... and if we're lucky more devs to make more than the handful of active apps that have been made in many years. Everyone is different and has different motives. Everyone has potential.
