It had other random things in the bad like an old camera battery and some worthless plastic stuff. I know it sounds weird, but this type of stuff is regularly outside in the clear recycling bags on the curbs in my city. Celebs and wealthy people live all over here, so it's really just a case of one purging some old memory cards from their older camera. I'll never know 100%, but I'm 99% confident given the area I found it and the nature of the find overall.
