I could locate them easily in theory (who knows if they'd acknowledge me), but I'm thinking that they tossed the cards with the other stuff on purpose to dispose of them. I'd gather that they loaded the pics on their computer with the photo app on most of the SD cards and didn't need the physical cards anymore since they're likely for an older camera now. It was in a clear recycling bag among plenty of other clear bags. It was just randomly visible to my hawk eyes when I strolled the curbs to look for stuff to sell. Definitely no foul play. Just Spring cleaning.
