Traffic worsens in Florida as people continue to evacuate ahead of Hurricane Irma. I-75 has bad traffic, but I-95 is reasonably light, possibly because the hurricane is going to go up the coast and impact Georgia as well. If you are planning to leave up 95, now seems like a good time to do it.
there is now heavy traffice all the way from Orlando, up SR-27 and I-75, and into Georgia (see map)
The Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas aren't crowded, but there are still cars on the road so a lot of people either haven't left yet or have decided to stay.
In the Palm Coast area, traffic is getting heavy in the northbound direction.
Above Jacksonville, at the Florida Georgia boarder, traffic is also fairly light.
