Yesterday I finally left my apartment to go explore Prague by myself! Leading up to exploring "alone" I was super excited knowing to myself that I knew how to get around using my phone city map!
I traveled about 30 minutes out from where I lived, and my phone "LOCKS!" how? well some how it reset it self asking for the sim card pin in order for me to get back in! Walking around asking people in Prague for directions everybody sends you different ways so it was no help, and I was not willing to pay for a taxi. Getting tired of walking I ran across a tasty looking restaurant, and ordered myself a pork shoulder burger with Russian soup "Very good!"
Knowing to speak a little Czech I asked the lady at the restaurant if she knew how to speak english "
mluvit anglicky?" She pronounced her English words better than I did! However, she kindly told me which trams to take to get back home, and I was so excited as it was snowing a little. I hope to show/share more with all you wonderful people.
