Writing Quality Posts.

Although there are no definite guides to what is and what is not a quality post, here on Steemit, we have outlined some guidelines to what you should be doing to produce these. We have based what we think is a quality post on what other programs here on Steemit also consider acceptable, these include steembloggers and minnowbooster whitelist terms to name but a few. Here is a short list of what targets you should be aiming for when writing a post.

  • Your word count should be at least 150 words.
  • Any photos used from the internet should have an accreditation
  • Your content should be unique and not copy and pasted from elsewhere
  • Any references should be declared and show a link to the source
  • Your article should be free from spelling mistakes (use a spell checker if needed.)
This is just a guide to ensuring that you are writing good quality posts, and using these guidelines should ensure that you meet the minimum standards, as well as make the community a better place. No-one likes spammy or poorly written posts and by producing good quality you are raising the bar for everyone here on Steemit.
