We're not sure this user understands ROI but they lost 7 * 1.4k + 1.3k and won back 6.33k so anyone who can do maths will understand haha, this player is either not doing very well at the game or doesn't understand about losing troops when attacking.
Either way we will have more storage than production soon, so that things like this will not happen again.
