Welcome to the Curation Competition episode # 9.

Steemit Bangladesh arranges Curation Competition twice in a week to reward content writers who work hard to make quality content. Every Tuesday and Friday you can participate and present your articles in the competition.

To participate in this competition, all you have to do is to write a quality post two days prior to the Curation Competion and drop the link in the #post-promotion channel. If your article is selected, you will get an invitation to present your article on our Discord channel. We also look for quality articles and invite the writer to present her/his article.

After every presentation, judges, community moderators and VIP members ask the contestant questions and give their suggestion. It is an opportunity to learn something from the feedback they get in the competition. If you are not a contestant, you can also join and express your thoughts in the hangout. Competition acts like a motivation to improve your skills.

After giving presentation in Curation Competition, judges took some time to finalize the result. Everyone was very excited that time. Then the result of the Curation Competition episode # 9 was announced.

@mahmudsk presented his article in the competition for the first time. He presented his article although he was sick. He talked about the suffering of an unborn baby. People do abortion and get rid of baby who does not even see the light of this world.

Have we ever thought of suffering of that baby when abortion is done?

You become enemy of your baby. And you are going to kill your baby. For what? It’s because you think life would be better without a baby. Shame on you! You will realize that someday, but unfortunately it would be too late then. Stop doing this injustice to your baby.

We always want to get something fast. To get something, we have to work hard. It takes time to achieve your goals. But we do not have patience for that. We want to see the result immediately.

@hafizullah talked about the importance of patience to get success. You have to face challenges in life and you have to have patience to overcome that. In his presentation he said, you have to pass the test of patience in order to be successful.

In the Curation Competition, there were new steemians who presented their articles. Even there are some steemians who are in the Discord for the first time. They are excited and interested to learn more about Steemit and what they can do to improve their content quality.

We get stuck at some point in life. When we get stuck in traffic, we feel horrible. And the same thing happens to us if we get stuck somewhere in life.

@RezoanulVibes gave presentation about what you can do to make a change in your life. He explained it with an example. Suppose you hate your job, but still you are doing it because you feel like you are in a trap. You have to support your family and pay bills regularly. Moreover, you cannot make your move because you think too much about what others would think of you.

If you really want to have a change in your life, you have to take action. Think practically what you can do to get rid of the situation you are in. If you want to change your job, find a job first and then quit your present job. If you are interested to do something on your own, you have to do your research and think how you are going to support your family when you work on your project or business. And you have to decide how to finance your business and everything that is associated to it. If you take steps considering these things, you will definitely see the change in your life.
