There is one place that I really love in Berlin, the good old sushi classic Ishin. Well a couple of days ago I was in Ishin (Mittelstrasse) and ordered and incredible O-Toro Don. If you dont know what O-Toro is I can explain it to you, its the belly part of the Tuna and its one of the most praised fish cuts for sushi restaurants.
