While doing an inspection of the newly grown Guava plant and first time Green fruits hanging with the branches. I found an intruder, right there among the Green leaves, keeping a close eye on our Guava.

The guava tree is quite dense with Green leaf covered all over the place, and there was this little beast nodding its head. It took me a few min to figure it out. Chameleon known for its colour changing ability are very much adaptable to the surrounding, and rightly so, I found it exactly of same colour as of the Guava branches. As the Chameleon noticed me of knowing it's wherebout, he quickly shifted to another branches. Almost as reddish as of the branch colour.

Finding me observing it very closely,it jumped off the tree to ran away of the scene, but finally giving me another chance to take a final click. This time, while climbing the adjacent boundary wall. This time it is of different colour.

There were many interesting facts about Chameleon, however few notable things is

  • Males are females do not always look the same. Males usually have more "ornaments", such as horns, spikes and nasal-protrusions. They are used when male defends its territory.

  • Chameleons are very famous for its color-changing skin ability, First, it helps the reptile to blend withs its surrounding. Sometimes they make their skin darker, since darker colors help to absorb heat more quickly.

They are always found around my area, but this time, I manage to get them shot very closely for our #amazingnature.
