Inhave a pretty worst experince with one of leader during my corporate days. But he was not chosen one but bootlicker that rose to ladder, but unable to know the qualities of leader. In political front, I see these days, people does not look out for qualities or abilities they simply get carried away either with a film stars or any other celebrity or lastly the goons. Born leaders are very few and those who called themselves leaders I doubt what qualities they posses except being mean and selfish centered.
