Changes for the week of January 22nd - 29th

Hello everyone. Here is a list of changes that will be implemented this week.

Commenting will be added

We will be adding the ability to add a quick comment to a Steem post via the SteemEngine website.

Autocuration weight

We want members to have more control over how much VP they use for autocuration. We'll adding in a weight feature so users can specify a certain % their autocuration vote will be weighted as.

Please remember that when you sign up to SteemEngine autocuration is enabled by default. If you do not want to participate in the autocuration/reward program simply go to "Link" and click "disable" to opt-out.

Optimization of rewards

We want to reward users activity on the site. We will be optimizing how some users content is displayed so everyone is having equal opportunity to have their content voted on. We will also be adjusting the algorithm for displaying suggested followers. We will be monitoring the changes very closely.

Joining is as easy as 1-2-3

1. Sign up to SteemEngine at https://www.steemengine.net/join

2. Link your Steem account through the website.

This is required so you can vote and follow other users. Use your private posting key, we don't need or want your Active Key! Your private posting key can be found on Steemit:

Steemit -> Wallet -> Permissions -> Show Private key (Posting)

3. Click on Vote or Follow - and begin earning points!

The more users you follow the more followers you will get in return.
The more high quality articles you vote for the more SBD you will earn through votes.
Make sure to report posts that are spam.
