"When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin." (Psalms 33: 3&5)
There are simple steps to follow to receive the salvation Jesus offers you, when you do your part, be assured that our God is faithful to fulfill his part.
God gave us the freedom of choice, your choice is very important to Him. He gave us the free will to choose him, to choose repentance and to choose life.
"Therefore choose life, that both you and thy seed may live". (Deuteronomy 30:19).
Choose repentance and surrender willingly to Jesus.
掳REPENT FROM YOUR HEART:
Accept that you're a sinner before God and be sorry for your sins.
When Peter preached salvation to the people in Acts 2, they asked,
"Men and Brethren, what shall we do?' Peter responded:... Repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit" Acts 2:38
掳CONFESS TO GOD IN TRUTH:
Sincerely and in truth, confess your sins to God, do not cover your sins.
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9
掳RECEIVE AND BELIEVE:
Receive God's mercy and forgiveness.
"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name..." John 1:12
掳CONFESS JESUS AS YOUR LORD:
Be bold and excited to confess him as the Lord of your life, now that you've received him.
