CryptoSicko does not really make any money as it uses all it's curation rewards to pay for SP lease's, hence to 150% ROI. The plan after HF21 would be to use extra curation rewards to pay for extra leases. There will not be an upvoting on steemit that will beable to increase profits after HF21, most will be trying to survive. CryptoSicko should do better than most but we'll need to wait until next week to confirm
