SCT Version 1.0.5 Released / Style Your Steemit / English
Since the current color for the links on Steemit is not compatible with my eyes, the Chiller had to take a look into his color box and fix this "bug" with a small update for the SCT ;)
What could a developer choose for a color that in the end should be liked by all users? This question cannot be answered clearly, because each human perceives colors differently. Science assumes that the perception of colors for different people can vary completely. A nice green for one user can arrive at the lense of another user as a shit-brown... ^^
How about if everybody could decide for himself in which color the links on Steemit will be displayed for him?
Chiller's Solution
There is now a possibility in the SCT Settings to adjust the colors by click. The point was actually always there, but so far there has only been a hint "coming soon"... From "soon" it came to "a bit later", but what once was destined, also in this case has found a way into reality:
A click on one of the colors will open the color selection dialog.
The hover color will get calculated automatically from the chosen
hue and therefore does not need to be defined by the user.

That's how Steemit looks for me now:
Here I have changed the colors for the author and the title a bit:
