I checked it with Android 7.0 and Brave 1.4 without any problems, so it seems to be a local issue on your system. Maybe something is blocking the new logic for manipulating the pixels of the loading image on startup.

Can you try to open it in Firefox?
Any chance to open the developer console of your browser?
