Thankfulness: Do It!!!

Been a little bumpy. Lost our new office. The team is split up into 3 locations. Back in my old digs. Things are crazy.

I do 2 things that help me. Maybe it will work for you.

1. I take a deep breath or 2 or 3. In through my nose out through my mouth.

2. I go on a rampage of "Thankfulness." Start naming out load things I am thankful for.

When I'm done a feel a whole lot better. Thank you. Have a killer day.
