Traders accused of Insider Trading Zcash
Zcash claims to be the first open, permissionless cryptocurrency that can fully protect the privacy of transactions using zero-knowledge crytpography. But despite all those features it can´t prevent from being exposed to negative news like Insider Trading right before its Bithump integration.
As WhalePanda outlined it pretty nicely on Twitter already I want to use his analysis at that point, which seems to show the Insider trade pretty obviously. Just shortly before the official announcement there´s a major spike, which might just be too much of a coincident.
Official Investigations Might follow
This Incident might very possibly lead to investigations through the South Koreans officials, which already dealt with different fraudulent activities in regards to CryptoCurrencies in the past. That being said the greed of some few might actually lead to some serious consequences for all of us as Bithump as one of the biggest exchanges and financial service providers in the crypto world might see further regulations in future.
We all know that the CryptoCurrency market is a wild ride and that the main idea is to stay decentralized without any governmental influence but to be honest it won´t work that way in my opinion as there have to be some rules in case we want to see cryptos widely accepted all around the world.
