If you have an outstanding delegation that is receiving upvotes (it looks like you do for 10 HP) you can 'reset' it to earn HSBIDAO tokens instead at an improved rate (20 virtual HSBIDAO instead of 5 voting units). To do so, you delegate again for 10 HP.
