Automated functionality to transfer Hive SBI units or pending balance to others is explained here:

In this case, it would be 0.031 HBD in a transaction to 
@wesphilbin in the transaction memo. If you also want to transfer your pending balance, separately send 0.005 HIVE with the same memo.
