We have an automated process for this now and check for manual requests almost never. With a minimum of 5, send 0.001 HBD per unit with only @wesphilbin in the memo and it will transfer 1 unit per 0.001

We added some liquidity to the HSBIDAO/PIXYDUST LP from our @sbi10 account to a target % holding. That should help it stay a little more stable as deeper liquidity pools have smaller price ripples.
