[Hive.vote] Small update
Just applied a small update to the back-end. "Don't touch it if it works" but I had to change how we access Hive API nodes and eliminate a dependency. Hopefully nothing breaks. This update should

We had some problems and the service was down for a few hours. It should be up now but there might be still a few missing votes. It should be fully up in a few hours.

Hf24 will most likely happen today. So we will pause hive.vote for at least a few hours when the hf24 happens. We are almost ready for hf24 but still, it may take a few hours. My guess is 2-5 hours. Updates
