This is an account creation service that allows people to create a 90-day trial period STEEM account using ebay and pay with PayPal. This option will allow for account key recovery during the 90-day trial. At the end of the 90-day trial period, the user can choose to take full ownership of the account for a small fee.

This option is for someone that understands that their accounts will not be recoverable. This is a full ownership option.

Both options will come with ~20SP delegation purchased from BlockTrades. The delegation offer will remain 20SP as long as it is affordable to purchase and this service doesn't get abused.

Why am I providing this service?

The purpose is specifically for STEEM onboarding to grow STEEM network. I want to provide a fast and affordable option for new users that won’t require cryptocurrency payment or long waiting period. I also want to drive competition and welcome anyone to compete with my service. The cost is intended to balance affordability against those who want to abuse the purchased delegation.

The reason for a trial period option:

It was shocking to me how many people have lost their master key or use their master for logging into STEEM. The Master Key is THE most important key to keep safe and yet most new users don’t understand or assume the master key is the only key. This is completely different concept than anything out there and people are understandably not familiar using multiple passwords. This to me is a problem for new users until they get familiar with using the proper keys (Posting and Active Keys ONLY). My system requires the user to utilize the posting key and active key instead of the master key. It also provides a backup service for new key creation in the event keys are lost or stolen. The key recovery is only available during the 90-day trial period. After the 90-day trial period, the user has the option to take full ownership of the account by purchasing the master key for a small fee. The user will then use the “Change Password” option to replace their master key with a new key and take full ownership of the account.

What is the cost?

The goal is to make the accounts as affordable as possible to aid in STEEM onboarding. The factors that affect cost are purchase price of 90-day delegation, price of STEEM, eBay transaction costs, offsetting abuse, and RC availability for new account creation. Therefore, the cost is variable but intended to be low as possible to support new user onboarding. The cost will change over time.

Account Creation Name Rules:

1. All characters must be lower case.
2. The first character must be a-z.
3. '-' (hyphen), "."(period), and 0-9 (numbers) are allowed if they are NOT the first character.
4. Double hyphen (--), double period(..) or combination of hyphen and period (.-) are not allowed.
5. After a period, the next character must follow rule 1 and 2 and the string of characters after a period must be a minimum of 3 characters.
6. Minimum/Maximum characters are 3-16

@steem-with-ebay will be donating ALL the liquid portion of the voting rewards to support STEEM community growth. The donations will be published periodically and those donations will be verifiable on the STEEM blockchain. The SP portion of rewards will be used to support curation.
