Problem solved already!
Earlier today, SteemPlus was wrongly blocked on the Chrome Store by Google.
Thankfully, they were quick to answer me and check that the privacy policy were indeed compliant to their guidelines, and we re now back online!
I ll work on pushing the HF21 related updates on the coming week.
