What is your love language?
Everybody has a love language. There are 5 in total and recognising your partners love language will mean you’ll have a happy and long relationship.
Ignore you your partners love language at your peril.
There a number of books written on the subject but this is what I’ve learn’t!
The five love languages are as follows:
Affirmation – Typically telling you partner they look nice, beautiful, handsome etc
Acts of Service – Doing something for you partner you know they hate e.g ironing or pealing onions etc.
Physical Touch – Stroking, tickling also includes sex.
Giving/receiving of Gifts – This one is pretty self explanatory
Quality Time – Typically just sitting and chatting without any distractions e.g television, radio or kids.
Show you partner this list and ask them to prioritise them 1 to 5 with 1 being the most important and 5 the least. Once you know what your partners likes make sure you give him or her what she needs. I guarantee you'll never looks back and always remember this post as the post that changed your life for the better.
