It appears proof of stake is not really speeding up the Bitcoin transaction rate, the next hard fork can't come quick enough there will be uncertainty when the fork comes close, Bitcoin cash has already spiked this morning it would not be a bad idea to buy some Bitcoin cash as a hedge as it may rally hard if bitcoin falls.
