That is a swingarm for an ATV. I should know the dimensions as that is one of my first projects to attempt. I'm guessing its about 1.5m long (tall in this case).

This part is listed by several fab shops that are into these machines, but those shops are so busy these days that they are all sold out with no timeline or expectations to produce more. The ATV market is on fire right now.
