I'm all over the place. For commercial bread, I'll happily re-use bag clips when available, but I twist and tuck when not. Homemade loaves get stored in Ziploc bags.

However, when it comes to produce, I use a slip knot on the bags so that I can easily open them, and also so that I have a convenient carrying loop.

Rubber bands are for rice bags that are non-resealable and not in a box.
