I had to hop over to my local market to pick these up:

2.5L orange juice - $7.29
170g mozzarella cheese - $4.59 (x2)
Total: $16.47, about the same as a 750ml bottle of wine

It's a bit much. I'm going to start making my own wine (maybe my own beer, too), and my mother wants to get dairy sheep to make cheese. She already makes bread every day because flour is cheap, commercial bread is terrible, and good bread is outrageously expensive.

Oh, that reminds me, @generikat, how did your elderberry wine turn out?
