INTERACTION - The key to growing on Hive. Tips and advice. 🇬🇧 - 🇮🇹

Good evening dear friends of Hive, today I want to talk a little about my experience on Hive, to provide ideas and suggestions for growing in this platform. We will look at the platform from a social point of view, understood as how to relate, how to move, as well as from a practical point of view, as regards writing a post.

When we talk about Hive, we are not referring to a platform similar to a social network, it is a completely different world, a universe apart, where for the most part the real content is supported, whether personal or technical, is valued the commitment and the care that a person make on this. But this is obviously not enough if you are starting out, as there are thousands of active users, it is not so easy to be noticed by other users, both with small and large HP. At that point, the activity that a user has within the platform comes into play, how he relates to others, but above all what he brings of his own, of personal, what he transmits, because it is the emotion that is also transmitted through the striking writing, the passion that person is transmitting to you in what he writes and tells. I have always lived with these emotions, a bit in general in my life, because it is part of my being to seek and experience things through emotions. For this reason I have always loved this platform, unlike the banal social networks often devoid of soul, here in the readings you can be transported in what you are told, because many authors really write with soul and heart, whether it is a personal or technical topic.

In June it is now 6 years that the platform has to bear my presence, unfortunately in all this time, among a thousand things to do, projects and unexpected events in life, my actual presence barely exceeds 2 years, as you can also see from the only 326 posts I wrote. Despite this in my period of actual activity, I have always spent a lot of my time getting to know people and making friends, as you can see from the more than 4000 comments and replies. Thanks to these interactions, as well as receiving support, I learned from them many technical notions, life experiences, teachings, I improved my writing by reading stories of people much more talented than me in writing a text, because believe me that when I was start my level was 0, not that now it is high, but at least I have learned something... In short, I have received a lot from a human point of view, also from an economic point of view thanks to the support, but it is above all the human one that makes the difference, because it is thanks to that I was able to really grow on the platform, the more I matured mentally, following and exchanging comments and opinions, the more I was subsequently appreciated by other users of the entire platform. The key word is and will always be INTERACTION.

As you can see from the image, if I had not remained stationary for 4 out of 6 years, my HP would be estimated from a minimum of 10k upwards, I do not give a precise value, because it could be even a much higher, considering the fact that continuing to be active, I would have known more and more people, I would have entered into more projects and occasions, the growth would therefore have been exponential over time. This is to tell you that with dedication and if you follow some basic rules, the possibility of growth is very real.

Tips and advice.

Social interaction.

Something has already been written above, telling a little about my experience, but if you want to start your journey on Hive well, it is never profitable to be a lone wolf, so join a group. Growing up together, supporting each other is much more engaging, there are various projects and contests in the groups, many more opportunities. So, look for a group that reflects you, by interests or topics, or as many do, who join the groups of origin, by language spoken or by country, as I do too, participating and supporting two Italian groups for example.
Being part of a group that has interests in common with yours, or that comes from the same place as you and speaks the same language as you, which therefore tackles life issues similar to yours every day, helps you to interact strongly.

Interaction in the comments.

It's not as simple as you think, it takes time and dedication here too, but it's one of the key points of Hive and interaction. Unfortunately, lately I have not been able to be very involved in the comments, time is always limited, but as much as I consider the topic important, think that if I am unable to comment, as soon as I have a few hours free one evening, instead of writing a post with that time available, I dedicate it to comments, because it is important for me to read and leave my presence in the posts especially of the people who always support me. Unfortunately I repeat, lately I regret not being able to do it more frequently.

It takes time dear friends, yes, because you cannot comment on a post by someone who supports you, but also not, with comments like... Nice post!... Congratulations for the photos!... nice read... For heaven's sake, I almost seem to joke people like that. When I decide to read and comment on a post, first, I read it well, and second, I seriously comment bringing my reflections, curiosities or questions on the subject. You will never see two lines thrown away, in my comment of a post of others, as I see it, you must give value to the person's work, reading well and commenting intelligently.

Writing the post.

Obviously to be able to comment and relate well you must also write a good post, in the end we are a Hive.blog, if it were not essential to write a post well it would be absurd... But joking aside, there are some tricks that make a post from anonymous to worthy of interest.

First, I always suggest that you be yourself, write how you speak and think. Grammar and correct writing are important and must always be respected, but there is no need to look for a sophisticated writing of thoughts and great words. Write your thoughts, your emotions, put them down on paper, well on a PC or smartphone in this case, but it is the authenticity of yourself that is important and believe me that other users will see it, because when you are natural, then you can always convey something.

The topics you cover? It does not matter, as long as they always respect others, you can talk about anything, but whether it is your thing, an experience, a story, a knowledge, a passion, as long as it is yours. Do not go looking for trending topics, which you may not chew, just because you think it can be successful. Make your thoughts known for who you are, for what you have lived, for what you are passionate about, because everyone inside of us has so much to give and to tell, even when we do not realize it, because we are looking for things and answers that they do not belong to us, while if we look naturally at ourselves, everything will be much clearer.

The third and final tip for writing a post is to entertain the person. In the sense, when you are looking for an idea that makes you reflect on the subject, ask questions, trying to make those who are reading your post participate. In this way, interaction is born, which allows us to grow and develop our knowledge.

In conclusion.

These three topics are the fundamental bases to follow for healthy and concrete growth on Hive, both from a personal point of view and subsequently from an economic one. By following these bases, you can embark on a lasting path, which over time and with dedication, based on efforts, can also give great satisfaction. I do not extend more, because the text has already long enough, even if I love to write these posts, bring a message and give a hand, advice to new users, but why not, sometimes it is good for old users to read this too, including myself, because the drafting of the same made me reflect on some points and arguments. So dear friends, really to conclude, the key word is always the same, I will never tire of saying it...

Buona sera cari amici di Hive, oggi voglio parlare un po' della mia esperienza su Hive, per fornire spunti e suggerimenti per crescere in questa piattaforma. Guarderemo la piattaforma da un punto di sociale, inteso come relazionarsi, come muoversi, nonché da un punto di vista pratico, per quanto riguarda la scrittura di un post.

Quando parliamo di Hive, non ci stiamo riferendo ad una piattaforma simile ad un social, è completamente un mondo diverso, un universo a parte, dove per lo più viene supportato il vero contenuto, che sia personale o tecnico, viene valorizzato l'impegno e la cura che una persona ci mette. Ma questo non basta ovviamente se si è agli inizi, essendoci migliaia di utenti attivi, non è così semplice essere notati da altri utenti, sia con piccolo che grande HP. A quel punto entra in gioco l'attività che ha un utente all'interno della piattaforma, come si relaziona con gli altri, ma sopratutto cosa porta di suo, di personale, cosa trasmette, perchè è l'emozione che viene trasmessa anche attraverso la scrittura che colpisce, la passione che quella persona ti sta trasmettendo in quello che scrive e racconta. Ho sempre vissuto di queste emozioni, un po' in generale nella mia vita, perchè fa parte del mio essere cercare e vivere le cose attraverso le emozioni. Per questo ho sempre amato questa piattaforma, a differenza dei banali social privi spesso di anima, qui nelle letture riesci ad essere trasportato in quello che ti viene raccontato, perchè molti autori scrivono veramente con anima e cuore, che sia un argomento personale o tecnico.

A giugno sono ormai 6 anni che la piattaforma deve sopportare la mia presenza, purtroppo in tutto questo tempo, tra mille cose da fare, progetti ed imprevisti della vita, la mia effettiva presenza supera a mala pena i 2 anni, come potete vedere anche dai soli 326 post che ho scritto. Nonostante questo nel mio periodo di effettiva attività, ho sempre dedicato molto del mio tempo a conoscere le persone e stringere amicizie, come potete vedere dagli oltre 4000 commenti e risposte. Grazie a queste interazioni, oltre che a ricevere il supporto, ho appreso da loro molte nozioni tecniche, esperienze di vita, insegnamenti, ho migliorato la mia scrittura leggendo racconti di persone molto più portate di me nella stesura di un testo, perchè credetemi che agli inizi il mio livello era 0, non che ora sia alto, ma perlomeno ho imparato qualcosa... Insomma, ho ricevuto molto sotto il profilo umano, anche sotto il profilo economico grazie al supporto, ma a fare la differenza è sopratutto quello umano, perchè è grazie a quello che ho avuto modo di crescere veramente nella piattaforma, più maturavo mentalmente, seguendo e scambiando commenti e opinioni, più venivo apprezzato successivamente dagli altri utenti di tutta la piattaforma. La parola chiave è e sarà sempre INTERAZIONE.

Come potete vedere dall'immagine, se non fossi rimasto fermo per 4 anni su 6, il mio HP sarebbe stimabile da un minimo di 10k in su, non do un valore preciso, perchè potrebbe essere strato anche molto maggiore, considerando il fatto che continuando ad essere attivo, avrei conosciuto sempre più persone, sarei entrato in più progetti e occasioni, la crescita sarebbe quindi stata esponenziale nel tempo. Questo per dirvi, che con dedizione e se seguite alcune regole basi, la possibilità di crescita è molto concreta.

Consigli e suggerimenti.

Interazione sociale.

Qualcosa è già stata scritta sopra, raccontando un po' della mia esperienza, ma se volete iniziare bene il vostro percorso su Hive, non è mai vantaggioso essere un lupo solitario, quindi unitevi ad un gruppo. Crescere insieme, supportandosi a vicenda è molto più coinvolgente, ci sono progetti e contest vari nei gruppi, molte occasioni in più. Quindi, cercate un gruppo che vi rispecchi, per interessi o argomenti, o come fanno molti, che si uniscono ai gruppi di provenienza, per lingua parlata o paese, come faccio anch'io, partecipando e supportando due gruppi Italiani per esempio.
Fare parte di un gruppo che ha interessi in comune con i tuoi, o che proviene dal tuo stesso luogo e parla la tua stessa lingua, che quindi affronta ogni giorno tematiche di vita simili alla tua, ti aiuta fortemente ad interagire.

Interazione nei commenti.

Non è semplice come si crede, ci vuole tempo e dedizione anche qui, ma è uno dei punti fondamentali di Hive e dell'interazione. Purtroppo non riesco ultimamente ad essere molto partecipe nei commenti, il tempo è sempre poco a disposizione, ma per quanto reputo importante l'argomento, pensate che se non riesco a commentare, appena ho qualche ora libera una sera, invece che scrivere un post con quel tempo a disposizione, lo dedico ai commenti, perchè è importate per me leggere e lasciare la mia presenza nei post sopratutto delle persone che mi supportano sempre. Purtroppo ribadisco, ultimamente mi rammarico di non poterlo fare con maggior frequenza.

Ci vuole tempo cari miei amici, si, perchè non si può commentare un post di qualcuno che ti supporta, ma anche non, con commenti del tipo... Bel post!... Complimenti per le foto!... bella lettura... Per carità, mi sembra quasi di prendere in giro le persone così. Quando decido di leggere e commentare un post, primo, lo leggo bene e tutto, secondo, commento seriamente portando le mie riflessioni, curiosità o domande sull'argomento. Non vedrete mai due righe buttate la, in un mio commento di un post altri, per come la vedo io, si deve dare valore al lavoro della persona, leggendo bene e commentando intelligentemente.

Scrittura del post.

Ovviamente per potere commentare e relazionarsi bene si deve anche scrivere un buon post, alla fine siamo un Hive.blog, se non fosse fondamentale scrivere bene un post sarebbe assurdo... Ma a parte gli scherzi, ci sono degli accorgimenti che rendono un post da anonimo a degno di interesse.

Per prima cosa, suggerisco sempre di essere voi stessi, scrivete come parlate e pensate. La grammatica e una corretta stesura sono importanti e vanno sempre rispettate, ma non serve cercare una scrittura sofisticata di pensieri e grandi parole. Scrivete di pugno il vostro pensiero, la vostra emozione, mettetela giù su carta, beh su PC o smartphone in questo caso, ma è l'autenticità di voi stessi che è importante e credetemi che gli altri utenti la vedranno, perchè quando si è naturali, poi si riesce a trasmettere sempre qualcosa.

Gli argomenti che trattate? Non importa, purchè rispettino sempre il prossimo, potete parlare di qualsiasi cosa, ma che sia una cosa vostra, un'esperienza, una storia, una conoscenza, una passione, purchè sia vostra. Non andate a cercare argomenti di tendenza, che magari non masticate, solo perchè si pensa che possa avere successo. Fai conoscere il tuo pensiero per quello che sei, per quello che hai vissuto, per quello che ti appassiona, perchè tutti quanti dentro di noi abbiamo tanto da dare e da raccontare, anche quando non ce ne rendiamo conto, perchè cerchiamo cose e risposte che non ci appartengono, mentre se guardiamo con naturalezza noi stessi, ci sarà tutto molto più chiaro.

Il terzo e ultimo suggerimento per la stesura di un post, è di intrattenere la persona. Nel senso, non in quando non siate noiosi, ma in quando cercate uno spunto che faccia riflettere sull'argomento, ponete domande, cercando di rendere partecipe chi sta leggendo il nostro post. In questo modo, si da vita all'interazione, che ci permette di crescere e sviluppare le nostre conoscenze.

In conclusione.

Questi tre argomenti sono le basi fondamentali da seguire per una crescita sana e concreta su Hive, sia dal punto di vista personale e successivamente da quello economico. Seguendo queste basi, si può intraprendere un percorso duraturo, che nel tempo e con dedizione, in base agli sforzi di ognuno, può anche regalare grandi soddisfazioni. Non mi prolungo altre, perchè il testo si è già prolungato abbastanza, anche se amo scrivere questi post, portare un messaggio e dare una mano, un consiglio ai nuovi utenti, ma perchè no, a volte fa bene anche ai vecchi utenti leggere questo, me compreso, perchè la stesura dello stesso mi ha fatto riflettere su alcuni punti e argomenti. Allora cari amici, veramente per concludere, la parola chiave è sempre quella, non mi stancherò mai di dirlo...
