Dear Hive friends, today I want to share something I just discovered. Every now and then I start wandering here and there among the Hive applications, to learn new things or find some app that can be useful to me, as in this case. Today I would like to focus on a very useful application, DLease by 
If you need a certain amount of HP for a certain amount of time, this application gives you the tools to get it. For example, if you have a project in mind, perhaps a curation one, but at the beginning with little HP you wouldn't be much considered, you can rent a little HP thanks to this app. Or if you want to rent out your HP and earn Hive, this is the place you were looking for. But let's see in detail how it works and if and how convenient it can be.
Find DLease at https://dlease.io, Login with Hive Keychain and you will end up on this screen. At the top right you see the Hives in your wallet and the maximum amount of delegation you can give rent.
To offer your delegation for rent, you must click on Market, where all the delegation requests will appear. Each request indicates the quantity of HP requested, the duration in weeks, the daily income, the total income in Hives and the yeald as a percentage (APR).
For example, if we click on the first request, a window will open with the summary of the contract and the two possibilities to validate it, via Hive Keychain or Hivesigner. Once validated, our HP will be rented and we will start receiving a daily income.
If, on the other hand, you want to receive HP, you can make a leasing request by clicking on the Request a Lease icon from the same page. We will be directed to this screen, where we must indicate the user for which it is requested, ourselves, one of our projects or a friend.
By clicking on next, we proceed to be able to enter how much HP we want to rent, for how long and how much we want to spend per week. Yes exactly, you decide how much you want to spend for the delegation, obviously if the price is off the market, no one will accept your contract, but you can still decide the price.
Once the data has been entered as in the example, where we request 1000 HP for a month at a cost of 10 total Hive, 2.5 Hive per week. Where the yield we are going to offer is also indicated, we can also divide the sum into smaller fractions as we like, by clicking on Auto-split into smaller leases , so as to encourage all users to be able to delegate.
Here too we click on next and we can validate the request via Hive Keychain or Hivesigner.
Let's do the math.
Taking into consideration the example in the pictures. 1000 HP for 1 month at the cost of 10 Hive.
At today's Hive value of approximately $ 0.30, with 1000 Hp at 100% VP, it gives a vote of 0.05 Hive with a 100%.
Assuming that we always vote at full VP with 100% 10 times a day, we will distribute 0.5 Hive per day, which multiplied by 30 days is a total of 15 Hive distributed in upvotes.
Considering a correct use of the delegation, used to support other users, we will have a return of 7.5 Hive out of the 10 Hive spent.
Reasons.
Yes, under these conditions, 25% of the investment is lost, but other parameters must also be considered. The purpose for which it is done is fundamental. I just used this app too, for two reasons.
1 - I am greatly supported by many different users, with my low HP, I can't reciprocate and engrave, so I wanted to use part of the post entries to rent a delegation and support you in a more concrete way.
2 – It also has a return of visibility, because appearing on the highest votes of other people's posts means that you are more viewed and perhaps supported if your content is liked by other users.
I've said everything by now, except one fundamental thing. This Application can be very useful but it must be used with JUDGMENT, if you buy a delegation for selfvote, you don't go far, because sooner or later they will punish you, moreover you can lose the proxy at any time if the use is improper .
I wanted to do this to be able to bring more impact with my upvotes to all the users I support, who bring great quality to Hive and help with their qualitative contribution to grow the ecosystem, because the more of the use and the quality of Hive, the greater the benefit for all of us who believe in this great project! Cari amici di Hive, oggi voglio condividere una cosa che ho appena scoperto. Ogni tanto mi metto a girare di qua e di la tra le applicazioni di Hive, per imparare cose nuove o trovare qualche app che possa essermi utile, come in questo caso. Tutte le applicazioni di Hive le potete vedere nella pagina principale https://hive.io/eco, dove troverete le più utilizzate, mentre se volete specializzarvi con tutte le applicazioni o quasi del mondo Hive le troverete in dettaglio su https://hiveprojects.io.
Oggi mi vorrei soffermare su un'applicazione molto utile, DLease di
Se avete bisogno di un certo quantitativo di HP per un determinato periodo di tempo, questa applicazione vi da gli strumenti per poterlo ottenere. Se per esempio avete in mente un progetto, magari di curation, però all'inizio con poco HP non si verrebbe molto considerati, potete noleggiare un po' di HP grazie a questa app. Oppure se volete dare in noleggio il vostro HP e guadagnare è il posto che cercavate. Ma andiamo vedere in dettaglio come funziona e se e quanto può essere conveniente.
Trovare DLease al sito https://dlease.io, Effettuate il login con Hive Keychain e vi ritroverete in questa schermata. In alto a destra vedete indicati gli Hive nel vostro wallete e la quantità massima di delega che potete dare in noleggio.
Per offrire in noleggio la vostra delega, dovete cliccare su Market, dove vi appariranno tutte le richieste di delega. In ogni richiesta è indicato, il quantitativo di HP richiesto, la durata in settimane, l'entrata giornaliera, la rendita totale in Hive e in percentuale (APR).
Se clicchiamo per esempio sulla prima richiesta, si aprirà una finestra con il riassuntivo del contratto e le due possibilità per convalidarlo, tramite Hive Keychain oppure Hivesigner. Una volta convalidato, verrà noleggiato il nostro HP e inizieremo a ricevere una rendita giornaliera.
Se invece volete ricevere HP, potete fare una richiesta di leasing, cliccando dalla stessa pagina il l'icona Request a Lease. Verremo indirizzati a questa schermata, dove dobbiamo indicare l'utente per il quale viene richiesta, noi stessi, un nostro progetto o un amico.
Cliccando su next, procediamo per poter inserire quanto HP vogliamo noleggiare, per quanto tempo e quanto vogliamo spendere a settimana. Si esattamente, sei tu a decidere quanto vuoi spendere per la delega, ovviamente se il prezzo è fuori mercato, nessuno accetterà il tuo contratto, ma puoi comunque decidere tu il prezzo.
Una volta inseriti i dati come nell'esempio, dove richiediamo 1000 HP per un mese al costo di 10 Hive totali, 2,5 Hive per settimana. Dove ci viene anche indicato il rendimento che andiamo ad offrire, possiamo anche suddividere la somma in frazioni più piccole a nostro piacimento, cliccando su Auto-split into smaller leases , così da favorire tutti gli utenti a poter delegare.
Anche qui clicchiamo su next e possiamo convalidare la richiesta tramite Hive Keychain oppure Hivesigner.
Facciamo due calcoli.
Prendendo in considerazione l'esempio nelle immagini. 1000 HP per 1 mese al costo di 10 Hive.
Al valore odierno di Hive di circa 0,30 $, con 1000 Hp al 100% di VP, di elargisce un voto di 0,05 Hive con un 100%.
Calcolando di votare sempre a pieno VP con il 100% per 10 volte al giorno, distribuiremo 0,5 Hive per giorno, che moltiplicati per 30 giorni sono un totale di 15 Hive distribuiti in upvotes.
Considerando un corretto utilizzo della delega, usata per supportare gli altri utenti, avremo un ritorno di 7,5 Hive sui 10 Hive spesi.
Motivazioni.
Si, a queste condizioni si va a perdere il 25% dell'investimento, ma bisogna vedere anche altri parametri. Fondamentale lo scopo per cui lo si fa. Ho appena utilizzato anch'io questa applicazione, per due motivi.
1 - Vengo molto supportato da tantissimi utenti diversi, con il mio HP basso, non riesco a ricambiare e incidere, per questo ho voluto usare una parte delle entrare dei post per noleggiare della delega e supportare in modo un po' più concreto voi che mi date sempre tanto.
2 – Ha anche un ritorno di visibilità, perchè apparire sui voti più alti dei post di altre persone, fa si che si venga maggiormente visualizzati e forse supportati se i propri contenuti piacciono agli altri utenti.
Ho detto tutto ormai, tranne una cosa fondamentale. Questa Applicazione può essere molto utile ma va usata con GIUDIZIO, se si acquista delega per i selfvote, non si va distanti, perchè prima o poi ti castigano, inoltre puoi perdere la delega in qualsiasi momento se l'uso è improprio.
Io ho voluto fare questa cosa per poter portare maggiore incisione con i miei upvotes a tutti gli utenti che supporto, che portano grande qualità in Hive e aiutano con il loro contributo qualitativo a far crescere l'ecosistema, perchè più aumenta l'uso e la qualità di Hive, maggiore sarà il vantaggio per tutti noi che crediamo in questo grande progetto!
