Good evening dear friends of Hive, we have now reached the end of this 2022, a bit bitter as regards the world of cryptocurrencies, but I think it is only the beginning of a future that will change, but the world still needs time.

This post was inspired by my friend @ivanslait who in this post told us about his goals for this 2023 to come. I too had these thoughts a few days ago, but I thought that since more than a month has passed since I wrote regularly, I wanted to do some calculations to see which goal would be achievable and establish it in order to pursue it with commitment.

Guys, anyone who knows me well knows how much I've always written about commitment, interaction, quality, I've written many guide posts, but not because I'm a guide or an example to follow, no, far from it, I insist on those themes because I'm the first who has to learn them well and maybe by dint of writing them it gets into my head. I'm mostly referring to the commitment, the determination to achieve set goals, especially on this I have to work a lot and now I want to set goals, even slightly ambitious ones, but I have to give my best to achieve them, mistakes or pauses are no longer allowed, by myself first.

To make two calculations, I used the statistics offered by hivestats.io, a very useful interface offered by @leofinance. Where you can monitor the growth of your account with data and graphs

To calculate my goal in Hive Power, I used 7-day data, I didn't use the whole month because I had also done some Power Ups and I had maintained a higher frequency than I could maintain on average, while in the last 7 days , also thanks to the holidays, I had an average activity and it is useful for me to make a prospectus.

My account has generated 96.78 HP and 24.37 HBD from rewards in the last 7 days. Which if we calculate for 52 weeks which has a full year, that would be 5032.56 HP and 1267.24 HBD.

If we suppose that half of the proceeds in HBD are put into Power UP given Hive's favorable price, then 633.62 divided by an presunted average Hive price of 0.30 would be an additional 2112 HP.

So in the end, it's 3100 HP that I'm starting from now, plus 5032 HP of rewards and plus another 2112 HP obtained from the sale of a part of the HBD, in total we would reach 10,244 Hive Power.

Having said all this, the goal can only be to reach 10k by the end of 2023. It won't be easy, because it takes a lot of perseverance and always being able to bring quality to Hive, because first of all we have to think about bringing benefit to the system through our quality and our interaction, otherwise our HP will not increase in value, we all have to do our part, albeit small as in my case, but all together make a difference.

So the goals will be CONSTANCE IN COMMITMENT - POST QUALITY - INTERACTION - REACHING 10K HIVE POWER.

I have to roll up my sleeves to achieve all of this, I know, but it has to be done, it's the only way to achieve something, in this increasingly frenetic world and uncertain about the future that awaits us at a macroeconomic level, we have to do as much as possible , pondering the choices well and following one's ideals and objectives.

Buona sera cari amici di Hive, ormai siamo giunti alla fine di questo 2022, un po' amaro per quanto riguarda il mondo delle cryptovalute, ma credo sia solo l'inizio di un futuro che cambierà, ma il mondo ha bisogno ancora di tempo.

Questo post mi è stato ispirato dal mio amico @ivanslait che in questo post ha ci ha parlato dei suoi obiettivi per questo 2023 che verrà. Avevo fatto anch'io questi pensieri qualche giorno fa, ma ho pensato, che visto che ormai è passato più di un mese da quando scrivo regolare, ho voluto fare due calcoli per vedere quale obiettivo sarebbe raggiungibile e stabilirlo per perseguirlo con impegno.

Ragazzi, chi mi conosce bene sa quanto ho sempre scritto riguardo l'impegno, l'interazione, la qualità, ho scritto molti post guida, ma non perché io sia una guida o un esempio da seguire, no, tutt'altro, insisto su quei temi perché sono il primo che deve impararli bene e magari a forza di scriverli mi entra in testa. Mi riferisco per lo più all'impegno, alla determinazione per raggiungere obiettivi prefissati, soprattutto su questo devo lavorare molto e ora voglio porre degli obiettivi, anche leggermente ambizioni, ma devo dare il massimo per raggiungerli, non sono più concessi errori o pause, da parte di me stesso in primis.

Per fare due calcoli mi sono aiutato con le statistiche offerte da hivestats.io, un'utilissima interfaccia offerta da @leofinance. Dove potete monitorare la crescita del vostro account con dati e grafici.

Per calcolare il mio obiettivo in Hive Power, ho usato i dati a 7 giorni, non ho usato l'intero mese perché avevo fatto anche dei Power Up e avevo mantenuto una frequenza maggiore di quella che potrei mantenere poi mediamente, mentre negli ultimi 7 giorni, complici anche le festività ho avuto un'attività media e mi è utile per fare un prospetto.

Il mio account negli ultimi 7 giorni ha generato dalle rewards 96,78 HP e 24,37 HBD. Che se calcoliamo per 52 settimana che ha un anno intero, sarebbero 5032,56 HP e 1267,24 HBD.

Se ipotizziamo che metà del ricavato in HBD venga messo in Power UP dato il prezzo favorevole di Hive, per cui 633.62 diviso un prezzo ipotizzato medio di 0.30 di Hive sarebbero ulteriori 2112 HP.

Per cui alla fine dei conti, sono 3100 HP che sono quelli da cui parto ora, più 5032 HP di rewards e più altri 2112 HP ricavati dalla vendita di una parte degli HBD, in totale si arriverebbe a 10.244 Hive Power.

Detto tutto ciò, l'obiettivo non può essere altro che raggiungere i 10k entro la fine del 2023. Non sarà facile, perché ci vuole tanta costanza e riuscire sempre a portare della qualità ad Hive, perché prima di tutto dobbiamo pensare a portare beneficio al sistema tramite la nostra qualità e la nostra interazione, altrimenti il nostro HP non salirà di valore, tutti dobbiamo fare la nostra parte, sebbene piccola come nel mio caso, ma tutte insieme fanno la differenza.

Quindi gli obiettivi saranno COSTANZA NELL'IMPEGNO - QUALITÀ DEI POST - INTERAZIONE - RAGGIUNGIMENTO 10K HIVE POWER.

Bisogna rimboccarsi le maniche per raggiungere tutto ciò, lo so, ma si deve fare, è l'unico modo per ottenere qualcosa, in questo mondo sempre più frenetico e incerto sul futuro che ci attende a livello macroeconomico, bisogna darsi da fare il più possibile, ponderando bene le scelte e seguendo i propri ideali e obiettivi.
