Curation - How do you use your vote? Do you support Hive? [ENG-ITA]
Happy Epiphany dear friends of Hive! Over the last months, I've seen a lot in Hive, posting, commenting, and supporting many users in different communities. I made many new acquaintances of interesting people, who bring excellent quality to Hive and are very active, from whom I took inspiration to increase my skills and knowledge of this platform.
I have seen that there are many people who strongly believe in this platform and dedicate a good part of their time to creating and sharing highly useful content for the Hive platform and the crypto world or high quality content in terms of photography, travel and recipes. At least as far as my vision is concerned, I am convinced that the work that all these users do is the right way to bring Hive to the masses and make this platform an emblem for the future of social media and the blockchain. For this reason I encourage my support on these people, to support their great work and the platform accordingly.
Buona Epifania cari amici di Hive! Negli ultimi due mesi ho frequentato molto Hive, postando, commentando e supportando molti utenti in diverse community. Ho fatto tante nuove conoscenze di persone interessanti, che portano ottima qualità su Hive e sono molto attive, dalle quali ho preso spunto per incrementare le mie capacità e conoscenze di questa piattaforma.
Ho visto che che ci sono molte persone che credono fortemente in questa piattaforma e dedicano buona parte del loro tempo a creare e condividere contenuti di forte utilità per la piattaforma Hive e il mondo crypto o di grande qualità a livelli di fotografia, viaggi e ricette. Almeno per quanto riguarda la mia visione, sono convinto che il lavoro che svolgono tutti questi utenti sia la via corretta per fare arrivare alla massa Hive e far si che questa piattaforma diventi un emblema per il futuro del social e della blockchain. Per questo motivo incentivo il mio supporto su queste persone, per supportare il loro gran lavoro e la piattaforma di conseguenza.

But... There's a but, one thing that upsets and annoys me... Unfortunately, I've also seen many people who constantly post and also receive conspicuous votes have an almost flat interaction. I don't like this, I understand that their posts are quality and real, but I don't agree at all with the fact that I see in their posts many nice comments from other users who are completely ignored, who never visit other users and their VP is always or almost at 100%. Their only concern is to squeeze as much money as possible from the rewards pool, even though the posts are of quality, I don't accept it and I won't give them my support.
It's too easy to take and not give anything in return, I too could publish 4/5 posts a day if I only wrote and didn't care about other users, but it's not something I conceive and it doesn't fit into my DNA. This is a social platform, it's not a rewards vending machine, it's the interaction, sharing and collective growth that makes Hive a different place, where people see beyond, have evolved visions and grow collectively.
Ma... C'è un ma, una cosa che mi turba e mi infastidisce... Ho visto purtroppo anche molte persone che pubblicano costantemente e ricevono anche voti cospicui hanno un'interazione quasi piatta. Questa cosa non mi piace, capisco che i loro post sono di qualità e reali, ma non condivido per nulla il fatto che vedo nei loro post molti bei commenti da parte di altri utenti completamente ignorati, che non visitano mai gli altri utenti e il loro VP è sempre o quasi a 100%. La loro unica preoccupazione è spremere più soldi possibili dalla pool rewards, nonostante i post siano di qualità, io non lo accetto e non darò a loro il mio supporto.
È troppo facile prendere e non dare nulla in cambio, anch'io potrei pubblicare 4/5 post al giorno se scrivessi solo e mi disinteressassi degli altri utenti, ma non è una cosa che concepisco e non rientra nel mio DNA. Questa è una piattaforma social, non è un distributore automatico di rewards, è l'interazione, la condivisione e la crescita collettiva che fa si che Hive sia un luogo diverso, dove le persone vedono oltre, hanno visioni evolute e crescono in collettività.

Another factor that I don't support at all is seeing that most of the leeches who only post without interacting at all, have reputations often above 70 with Hive Powers of a few hundred Hives... I understand that someone may have needed to withdraw the rewards, but fatalities are those who post and do not interact that have the most this factor, with very high reputations and very low HP. This leads me to think that they have no interest in growing the platform, but rather to exploit it as much as possible while they can... And do you agree with their work?
I don't at all and I have no problem hiding it, because I think everyone is free to do as they like as long as they don't harm others, but being 100% selfish and uninterested in the growth of the platform, even if it doesn't hurt me personally, I don't like it at all and I will never share these choices and the support of these people...
Un altro fattore che non supporto per nulla è vedere che la maggior parte delle sanguisughe che postano solo senza minimamente interagire, hanno reputazioni spesso superiori a 70 con degli Hive Power di poche centinaia di Hive... Capisco che qualcuno possa aver avuto bisogno di ritirare le ricompense, ma fatalità sono quelli che postano e non interagiscono che presentano maggiormente questo fattore, con reputazioni molto alte e HP molto bassi. Questo mi porta a pensare che non hanno alcun interesse nella crescita della piattaforma, ma bensì di sfruttarla il più possibile finché possono... E tu sei d'accordo con il loro operato?
Io per niente e non ho problemi a nasconderlo, perché penso che ognuno sia libero di fare come preferisce finché non reca danno agli altri, ma essere 100% egoisti e disinteressati alla crescita della piattaforma, anche se non mi crea personalmente un danno, non mi piace per nulla e non condividerò mai queste scelte e il supporto di queste persone...
Dear Hive friends and curators, what do you think of this thing? Do you want to support those who are here just to suck money or do you want to support those who are committed to growing with you? Think about the future of the platform and the collective growth of an ecosystem that has great potential and which I am convinced will take off when its time comes, but I believe that collective work is needed and not by people who have no interest in developing the platform.. I support quality first of all, but for those who love Hive, not for those who only love money...
And what do you support? Hive or the money?
I hope this food for thought has been useful, this thing has been occupying my thoughts for days... I write this not to criticize, but to raise awareness of the use of the support and with this I greet you dear friends, a hug and happy Epiphany.
Cari amici di Hive e curatori, cosa ne pensate di questa cosa? Volete supportare chi è qui solo per succhiare soldi o volete supportare chi si impegna a crescere insieme a voi? Pensate al futuro della piattaforma e la crescita collettiva di un ecosistema che ha potenziali grandi e che sono convinto decollerà quando arriverà il suo momento, ma credo che sia necessario un lavoro collettivo e non di persone che non hanno interesse per lo sviluppo della piattaforma... Io supporto prima di tutto la qualità, ma di chi ama Hive, non di chi ama solo i soldi...
E tu cosa supporti? Hive o i soldi?
