How I Became Worser Than A Newbie On Steemit

On joining steemit my reputation grew steadly. Soon I had reached 54. My vote improved too. I had delegated some steem and it gave me a good vote.

It was after calamity after calamity hit me that I needed cash very earnestly. Every drop of steem earned was withdrawn and used. It started when my eldest son was knocked down by a vehicle. Money was needed for hospitalisation, medical expenses and operations. I borrowed heavily. I was in debt.

I needed every cent I could lay my hands on. Steemit became handy. I monitored the wallet keenly. I needed the money badly. My delegated steem power soon expired.

Allan, that's my firstborn son, known in steemit as @keya, soon healed. Yet his brother took to a strange disease. He could take more than a month without going to the toilet. This was a disaster. I began moving him from one hospital to another. He soon had cramped feet. He could not sit but only sleep and aided walk.

It was then that I started powering down and I became worser than a newbie.

I abandoned steemit when I tried to post but was unable because I had no credit. Wow! It was bad.
