The original poster is asking why the Steem price is not rising, and my answer is, in part because such a content gets almost 10 STU rewards while many newcomers here write decent content and get 0,1 STU rewards. This pisses many off, and HF21 gave us a tool to downvote bot users and otherwise overrewarded posts.
