It is not needed to do this (there might be few eceptions e.g. if you have a person in the flat which is immune-depressed. Your skin is the best protection against microbes.
Those regular low-level use of biocides can select for bacteria that are harder to kill, also they release poisonous compounds which you later breathe. I would really avoid it.
