I think it is also important to capture how many posts new accounts make and how many HP they have. Otherwise only the number of new accounts are somewhat pointless. Therefore I like the new tool by @themarkymark who is reporting on those. E.g. the ones by @appreciator,

most of them, more than 50K, hold exactly zero HP! What a waste.
The ratio with #2, @blocktrades, is by the way much better.
