To respect you, I watched the full video, but the guy just says "all 10 dogmas" are questionable, but he doesn´t show any evidence to disproof them and to justify his own "hypotheses".
The small deviations with the speed of light are probably only errors in measuring (because in the past those errors tend to be bigger and with modern instruments you can measure more exactly, you don´t need to be a rocket scientist to understand this). Based on this I would not dismiss the whole concept of relativity, because unlike you say, there is multiple evidence for it. Even that GPS is working, it has to take into account relativistic effects.
But lets stop here, I don´t want to waste my time, as you don´t even agree to my principle about evidence.
