What an argument, you say nothing can be proven, so the Aether also can´t be proven?
There might be no "proof", but often observations are made that can be only explained well by a certain fact, e.g. the bending of light around a star by gravity was detected, many years after Einstein´s General Relativity Theory was postulated and was a nice proof (how else could this be explained?). If an Aether exists there must need to be similar strong indications. Strong claims need strong evidence. At least stronger than a YT-channel. Don´t buy the crap of people who make a living out of creating fancy videos.
