Hey there Steemians ! I just wanted to share this little Art Blakey tune with you . Some serious playing going on here , a pure , uncompromising be-bop ! Blakey in his mid twenties ripping it on drums , and Donaldson's super tasty solo - what a great combo . The part at 0:26 especially gave me a hard time , it is always challenging adapting horn lines on the guitar , but the sound it makes is so fluent and smooth . When playing clean guitar i don't really like hearing the pick attack , so horn lines really inspire me to change my approach technique wise . Hope you enjoy it , thanks for stopping by :)
